How much does EU hosting matter?

This is about where your people's conversations are processed and stored. Practice conversations contain things individuals said, which makes them personal data under the GDPR.

Choosing “Required” leaves only vendors that document EU hosting publicly and without caveat. Vendors that are merely headquartered in the EU, or that sell EU hosting as an add-on, drop out.
