Sleak is an AI Coach for the commercial teams of industrial companies: field sales, key account managers, procurement, and team leads. Your people prove their product knowledge in dialogue with the Knowledge Coach and rehearse the conversations that decide margin — price increases, premium defense, supplier negotiations — in realistic voice-based AI-Roleplays, scored against your own Standard of Excellence. DSGVO-konform, EU data residency, private practice by default.
The conversations that decide your year
Five conversations move more margin than any spec ever will. You know each one by name.
- The price-increase call. Costs went up, the increase is justified, and the rep is calling a key account he has served for fifteen years. He starts apologizing in the second sentence and gives half of it away before the buyer even pushes back.
- The premium defense. A cheaper import is on the table and the buyer calls it "good enough". Your rep knows it is not. Turning that knowledge into a price the customer accepts is a different skill.
- The launch pitch. A new product line goes to a field force spread across regions. Six months later, every rep is still pitching it their own way, and some not at all.
- The supplier negotiation. On the procurement side, raw material volatility lands on one buyer's ability to hold terms against a dominant supplier.
- The feedback conversation. A team lead keeps postponing a hard conversation with a veteran shift leader, because nobody ever showed them how to have it.
None of these can be improvised. All of them are.
Why the usual fix does not stick
You already invest in training. The problem is the shape of it: one classroom day a year cannot carry a distributed field force, and nobody rereads a product PDF the night before a negotiation.
- One seminar day a year, forgotten by spring
- Short Sessions between customer visits, all year
- Product PDFs nobody opens
- Knowledge Coach verifies understanding in dialogue
- Ride-alongs with whoever has time
- Every rep measured against the same Standard of Excellence
- First rehearsal happens on a real customer
- Realistic practice on the AI, not on the key account
- Veterans run on routine, then retire with the knowledge
- Their know-how captured in the Knowledge Repository and coached to the next generation
One AI Coach, three Initiatives
Sleak works in two modes: the Knowledge Coach builds and verifies what your people must know, and AI-Roleplays rehearse what they must be able to do, evaluated against a Scorecard you define. Industrial companies typically start with one of three Initiatives.
Product launch readiness
Before the new line ships, every rep proves comprehension in dialogue, then rehearses the pitch.
Training Scenarios include: pitch the new line to a long-standing distributor who was happy with the old one, and handle "why should I switch" from a skeptical key account.
Pricing and negotiation discipline
Sales rehearses holding price; procurement rehearses the other side of the table.
Training Scenarios include: announce a price increase to a long-standing key account and hold it, and defend a premium product against a cheaper competitor's quote.
Leadership and feedback capability
Team leads practice the conversations they avoid.
Training Scenario: give a veteran shift leader critical feedback he does not see coming, and keep him on side.
Each Initiative runs as a Development Program, and leadership sees aggregate progress against the Scorecard, not recordings of individuals.

Training on the customer under very realistic conditions, without burning the customer. You could forget it is an AI.

What pilot users say
Getting honest feedback with zero hassle is remarkably interesting. And the analysis, how many open questions, conversation pace, share of talking: you could never analyze a normal conversation with that precision.

The feedback for improvement is very helpful. It shows you how conversations can go even better and how problems can be tackled more precisely.
