Sleak
Industry · Banking & Insurance

Your advisors are practicing on your customers.

In banking and insurance, one conversation decides revenue and regulatory exposure at the same time. Yet advisory quality varies wildly between branches, and products and regulation change faster than any training calendar. Sleak is the AI Coach that gets every advisor to the same provable standard: knowledge verified in dialogue, hard conversations rehearsed before they happen.

Sleak is an AI Coach for banking and insurance advisory teams. The Knowledge Coach verifies in dialogue that every advisor understands the product and the duty (KNOW). AI-Roleplays let them rehearse the fee objection, the risk disclosure, or the panic call against a virtual customer, scored against your own Standard of Excellence (DO). DSGVO-konform, EU data residency, no customer data used to train AI.

You know exactly which conversations go wrong

Every institution has the same list. The customer who asks why they pay fees a neobank doesn't charge. The risk disclosure that gets rushed because the advisor is unsure of the wording. The panic call when markets drop and a twenty-year customer wants out. The retirement product that gets explained three different ways in three different branches.

Each of these is a revenue moment and a regulated event at once. Your best advisors handle them well. The question is what the other 80 percent do, and today, nobody can answer that with evidence.

Classroom days prove attendance, not capability

A classroom day, an e-learning certificate, shadowing a senior colleague: all of it produces records, none of it produces evidence that an advisor can hold the conversation. And by the time the next training day arrives, the product lineup or the regulation has already changed.

One classroom day per year, then nothing
Continuous practice, available every day
E-learning certificate proves the module was clicked
Comprehension verified in dialogue, per advisor
Practicing in front of the group, or not at all
Private AI-Roleplays, unlimited repetition
New advisor shadows whoever has time
Structured ramp against a defined Scorecard
No view of advisory quality across branches
Aggregate readiness evidence for leadership

Definitely better than the trainings we knew before, in front of the assembled team. The feedback is very helpful too.

Three Initiatives that move the needle

Sleak works in Initiatives: a strategic goal, a Scorecard that defines your Standard of Excellence, and the Knowledge Coach (KNOW) plus AI-Roleplays (DO) to get every advisor there.

Compliance and policy rollout

Push a regulatory change or a new disclosure duty to every advisor, with comprehension verified in dialogue instead of clicked through.

Training Scenario: The risk disclosure, where the advisor must explain product risk correctly to a cautious customer under time pressure.

Product launch readiness

Advisors are ready on day one, not after the third real customer.

Training Scenarios: The retirement product explanation for a skeptical 55-year-old, and The repriced offering, defending a change the customer didn't ask for.

Advisor onboarding and ramp

New advisors reach your standard through practice, not by waiting for shadowing slots.

Training Scenarios: The fee objection and The neobank comparison, repeated until the Scorecard says ready.

What pilot teams in banking say

The impression was great. It was fun, and Sleak is genuinely usable in everyday work.

Team lead, sales at a large German bank (pilot) (translated from German)

My people are motivated and really want to practice, but the old format was demotivating: external trainers, rehearsing in front of the group. I would set up fixed weekly training sessions in my team.
