AI Coaching Platform for Enterprises: The Selection Criteria That Actually Matter
How to choose an AI coaching platform for enterprises in 2026: the difference from an LMS, and the seven criteria DACH buyers weigh most.

Looking for a Yoodli alternative? Compare scoring, knowledge checks, who sees results, hosting, AI training, certification and pricing in 2026.
Choose Sleak if you need an EU contracting party, ISO 27001 at the vendor level and individual results that stay anonymous by default, for example because a works council has to sign off. Choose Yoodli if you need CRM, LMS and Gong integrations from day one, want video avatars, or need a published monthly price for individual users.
Choose Sleak when
AI Coach for knowledge and conversation practice, voice-native
European companies that want several departments to train to a shared conversation standard and need an EU contracting party and anonymous individual results.
Choose Yoodli when
AI roleplay and communication coaching
International sales and enablement teams that need practice data in their CRM and LMS and have no EU hosting requirement.
How we check: every claim about another vendor on this page comes from a public primary source — the vendor's own site, its legal notice, its pricing page or its profile on a review platform — and is marked as a vendor claim where only the vendor states it. Where a vendor publishes nothing on a question, we write that down rather than infer an answer. Sources: sleak.ai, yoodli.ai.

Many pages comparing Yoodli alternatives still describe it as a public speaking coach. That no longer reflects what it offers. Yoodli now scores roleplays against your own rubric, creates learning journeys with tutoring sessions and knowledge checks, and connects to Salesforce, Gong and Slack (yoodli.ai, retrieved 27 October 2026). Sleak and Yoodli are closer on scoring and knowledge transfer than many comparisons suggest. Other differences matter more when choosing between them.
Three questions are particularly relevant for European buyers and, in Germany, the works council: what raw data is created, who can see individual results, and which company is the contracting party? Yoodli, Inc. is based in Seattle and has SOC 2 Type 2. Sleak is a Munich GmbH with ISO 27001 and EU hosting. This comparison is current as of 27 October 2026. All information about Yoodli comes from its own public pages and is identified as vendor information.
AI Coach for knowledge and conversation practice, voice-native · Mid-Market & Enterprise
EU
Request a demoWebsiteSleak is an AI Coach from Munich that helps employees build business-critical knowledge and practise conversations across an organization. In Coaching Mode (KNOW), the Coach explains material through dialogue and checks understanding. In Training Mode (DO), employees speak with a virtual persona, then receive structured feedback based on a Scorecard, with supporting evidence from the conversation. Company leaders define the standard of excellence in that Scorecard. Development Programs bring several scenarios together into a learning path with levels and tasks.
Companies create and version their own personas and conversation types, then share them across the workspace or with specific teams. Sessions take place in the browser or by phone. Sleak does not analyse video, recognize emotions or create biometric profiles. Audio recording is off by default, and managers only see personally identifiable performance data if the organization enables it. More than 500 organizations have used the platform to run over 90,000 AI conversations (our own count, including test and demo accounts, as of 27 October 2026). Sleak does not publish a price list.

WebsiteYoodli, Inc. was founded in Seattle in 2021. In December 2025, it closed a USD 40 million Series B led by WestBridge Capital, bringing total funding to nearly USD 60 million (Yoodli blog, 2 December 2025). According to the vendor, the platform has five parts. Roleplays offers AI tutors and certifications. Personas lets companies define roles, temperaments and objections using their own documents. Create builds learning journeys from a prompt. Coach sends prompts through Slack, Teams or email and reviews real Gong calls. Measure reports performance against the company's rubrics. Learners can practise by voice, text or with a video avatar. The help center lists 29 languages, including German with German-language feedback. Yoodli names Google, Snowflake, Databricks, Korn Ferry and Sandler as customers.
Yoodli says it is GDPR-compliant and has SOC 2 Type 2, following a 2024 audit by Prescient Security. We found no ISO 27001 certification. Its trust center states that hosting is on Google Cloud in the US. The privacy policy allows processing in any country where Yoodli or its providers operate and names an EU representative in Ireland. No DPA is publicly documented; business customers agree the details in a separate service agreement. Individual prices are published: Starter includes five free sessions, Pro costs USD 8 and Advanced USD 20 per month, billed annually. Business is priced per seat, while Enterprise, for 5,000+ employees, is available on request (as of 27 October 2026).

In 2026, an AI coaching platform should help people build knowledge, practise conversations and assess both against a standard set by the company. Yoodli says it covers all three. Create combines roleplays, tutoring sessions and knowledge checks into learning journeys, while Roleplays scores against the customer's rubric. Comparisons written before 2026 no longer reflect the full product.
Sleak uses two modes. In Coaching Mode for product and methodology knowledge, the Coach explains material through dialogue and checks understanding. Employees then apply what they have learned in a Training Mode conversation. The difference from Yoodli here is mainly how it works: Sleak checks knowledge through a spoken dialogue with the Coach. Our article on scorecard-based coaching explains why the scoring standard matters more than the feature list.
Both platforms let the customer define the scoring standard, though the material they assess differs. Yoodli says it gives feedback on delivery, clarity, pacing and effectiveness, using your rubric for voice, text and video-avatar practice. Delivery remains a core part of the feedback, reflecting its origins in speech coaching. Sleak assesses spoken conversations against the Scorecard defined by company leaders and supports each rating with passages from the transcript. The page on AI roleplays scored against your Scorecard explains how this works.
For phone calls or calls with cameras off, analysing delivery in front of a video avatar focuses on something the customer never sees. What matters in those conversations is how the rep handles objections, holds their ground and agrees on a next step. At SUXXEED, a sales outsourcing firm, objection handling in Training Mode rose by more than 42.4% and average conversation quality by 14.5%, both measured against SUXXEED's own Scorecard in practice conversations.
Access to results is another difference. Yoodli Measure shows readiness at individual, team and regional level, with role-based access. Sleak keeps personally identifiable performance data hidden from managers by default. Names are anonymized separately for analysis and leaderboard, and server-side controls limit analysis access to a manager's own team. Individual visibility can be useful in a certification programme. For voluntary practice in a German company, it is often a deciding point in the works agreement.
The main data protection differences concern the contracting party, hosting, certification and AI-training licence. Yoodli, Inc. is a US company with SOC 2 Type 2 and, according to its trust center, Google Cloud hosting in the US. Buyers outside the US may still choose it, but their privacy and IT teams will need to assess the transfer mechanism, subprocessors and CLOUD Act exposure themselves, as no DPA is publicly available.
For AI training, both the pricing page and the terms of use matter. The pricing page excludes roleplay data by default on Advanced and higher plans and on business plans. Session data on Starter and Pro may be used to improve the platform. The terms of use, effective 7 September 2023, grant a perpetual, irrevocable licence to submitted content that explicitly includes model training. A service agreement takes precedence. Companies choosing Yoodli should therefore put the exclusion in their contract and ensure employees do not practise on personal Starter or Pro plans. Sleak itself holds ISO 27001:2022, hosts in the EU and provides a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR. Further details are in its security overview. Our guide to GDPR-compliant AI coaching lists the questions to ask any vendor.
Before choosing, work through these five questions:
Would your works council approve a platform where managers can see every practice conversation a person has?
Complete the first two of these four steps before your first demo.
This comparison draws on publicly available vendor information retrieved on 27 October 2026: the home page, pricing page, product pages (Roleplays, Personas, Create, Coach, Measure), terms of use and privacy policy on yoodli.ai, the language overview in the Yoodli help center, Yoodli's blog posts on its Series B and SOC 2, and OMR Reviews. The hosting statement comes from the Yoodli trust center as checked on 13 October 2026, because the page would not render on 27 October 2026. Vendor-only claims are labelled accordingly. Where public documentation is missing, we say so. Sleak claims come from verified product data, the public changelog and certified case studies. Sleak is our own product. Verify vendor-specific claims directly before you decide.
The biggest difference is how they handle data and individual results. Both offer similar capabilities for scoring against your own rubric and transferring knowledge. Sleak is a Munich company with ISO 27001, EU hosting and anonymous individual results by default. Yoodli is a US company with SOC 2 Type 2, US hosting and readiness data at the individual level.
Yoodli publishes its individual plans: Starter is free for five sessions, Pro is USD 8 and Advanced USD 20 per month billed annually; Business is priced per seat and Enterprise, for 5,000+ employees, on request (as of 27 October 2026). Sleak has no public price list and sets terms per organization. You need a quote from each vendor to compare the total cost for your company.
Yoodli started in speech coaching, but now offers roleplays for sales, onboarding, leadership and customer support. These are scored against your rubric, alongside learning journeys with tutoring sessions and knowledge checks (per vendor). Delivery, clarity and pacing remain core parts of the feedback.
Yoodli describes itself as GDPR-compliant and names an EU representative in Ireland. Per its trust center it hosts in the US on Google Cloud, and neither EU data residency nor a DPA is publicly documented. Sleak hosts in the EU, provides a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR and holds ISO 27001:2022.
It depends on your plan and contract. According to the pricing page, roleplay data is excluded from AI training by default on Advanced and higher plans, including Business and Enterprise. Session data on Starter and Pro may be used to improve the platform. The terms of use include a licence that explicitly covers model training, though a service agreement takes precedence. Sleak does not use customer data for AI training, per its privacy policy.
Yoodli's help center lists 29 languages, including German with German-language feedback, and its personas page says 28+ (per vendor, as of 27 October 2026). Sleak supports 35 languages and regional dialects, Swiss German among them. If you have teams in Switzerland, test that case first: Swiss German is not on Yoodli's list.
Yoodli names SSO, SCIM and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Docebo and Workday. Sleak offers SSO per organization, teams with server-side access rights, a Knowledge Repository and upload of your own call recordings. Sleak has no CRM, calendar or HRIS integration today.
Rollouts usually start with a pilot and expand from there. Würth began with 80 participants, then extended access to more than 5,000 employees in sales and leadership. Participants rated it 4.76 out of 5. At SUXXEED, team leads expanded the persona library from around 70 to over 500 themselves, without a development team.
Yoodli is a better fit if you need practice data in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong or an LMS from day one, or want people to practise delivery with a video avatar. It is also the simpler option for individuals who want to get started at a published price and for teams without an EU hosting requirement.
Sleak and Yoodli have much in common. Both score against a standard defined by the customer, build knowledge before practice and serve departments beyond sales. Yoodli offers more integrations, video avatars and published individual prices. The choice largely depends on which company you contract with, what raw data is created and who can see individual results.
Sleak is the better fit for European companies that need works council approval, ISO 27001 and EU hosting. With a European contracting party, anonymous individual results by default and no stored video, it simplifies the reviews that often delay these rollouts. As Martina Skibowski, Head of HR, People & Culture at FEGA & Schmitt, puts it: "What surprised me was how quickly Sleak picked up our terminology. After only a few short briefings, it felt like speaking with someone from our own company."
