How we check: every claim about another vendor on this page comes from a public primary source — the vendor's own site, its legal notice, its pricing page or its profile on a review platform — and is marked as a vendor claim where only the vendor states it. Where a vendor publishes nothing on a question, we write that down rather than infer an answer. Sources: sleak.ai, wejam.ai.

Jam scores every real sales call against the same Scorecard used for practice and sends the result to the CRM. Sleak does not currently offer that workflow. When comparing these two Munich vendors, the main question is what you need the platform to do. Both offer AI role-plays in which employees speak to virtual counterparts. Both use criteria defined by the company and support their feedback with evidence from the transcript.
Jam focuses on sales, combining hiring assessments, role-plays and real-call scoring with an assistant for CRM, email and calendar tasks. Sleak is an AI Coach for building knowledge and conversation skills across departments, from sales to procurement and leadership. Three questions help guide the choice: Should the platform teach knowledge before employees practice? Which departments will use it? And which individual results should managers see? This comparison reflects the information available on 27 October 2026. Claims about Jam come from the vendor's public sources and are identified accordingly.

EU-only hosting (Germany)
Request a demoWebsiteSleak is an AI Coach from Munich that helps organizations teach business-critical knowledge and train relevant skills. It has two modes. In Coaching Mode (KNOW), the Coach teaches through dialogue. In Training Mode (DO), employees practice a spoken conversation with a virtual persona. The conversation is then assessed against a Scorecard, the Standard of Excellence, with feedback tied to specific passages in the transcript. Development Programs bring several scenarios together in a learning path with levels and tasks.
The platform can be used across departments. FEGA & Schmitt uses Sleak in sales, for supplier negotiations in procurement, for managers' feedback conversations and for HR onboarding. More than 900 employees in over 100 teams now use it there. Sleak provides ISO 27001:2022 certification (Tempo Audits Ltd, valid until 18 June 2029), EU-only hosting, an Art. 28 GDPR processing agreement and conformity with the EU AI Act. Customer data is not used for AI training. Headquartered in Munich, Sleak is fully European-owned. Pricing is tailored to each organization.

Sales enablement platform with AI role-plays and call scoring · Mid-Market & Enterprise
Data stored in the EU, AI models primarily from OpenAI, inference location not documented (per vendor)
WebsiteJam is a sales platform from Jam Technologies GmbH in Munich (HRB 290227, Munich Local Court; managing directors Sebastian Klein and Tobias Hölzer, according to the legal notice). The company was founded in 2024 and says it is backed by 10xFounders, First Momentum and Picus Capital. It describes itself as a revenue platform with five components: Talent Assessments for sales hiring, Coaching with voice-based AI role-plays, Call Scoring for real conversations, Jam Studio for creating programs from playbooks and product material, and a Deal Assistant for CRM, email and calendar tasks. According to Jam, every real call is scored against the customer's scorecards as soon as it ends, with weaknesses carried back into training as practice assignments. Its homepage lists Uber, Swiss Life, Rolls-Royce Power Systems, Provinzial and GetYourGuide among its customers. It also reports more than 30,000 completed training sessions and over 1,500 active users (checked on 27 October 2026).
Jam lists GDPR compliance, EU data residency, encryption, SSO and role-based access control among its data protection measures. Its product security FAQ says all data is stored in the EU, models come primarily from OpenAI and customer data is never used to train them. The location of inference is not documented. Jam says it used the online EU AI Act Compliance Checker to classify its AI use as low risk. Its trust center lists CyberVadis Silver with 831 out of 1,000 points, awarded on 5 March 2026 and valid until 4 March 2027. No ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification is listed. The processing agreement, sub-processor list and other documents are available once access is granted. According to the FAQ, managers see individual sessions from their teams by default. Enhanced Privacy Mode limits the view to aggregated data and can only be enabled for the entire organization. The vendor does not recommend this mode. The privacy policy covers the website; Jam acts as a processor for the platform.

Sales organizations that want hiring assessments, role-plays, real-call scoring and CRM upkeep in one tool.
An AI coaching platform should teach knowledge, let people practice applying it in conversation and assess the result against clear criteria. Sleak and Jam both handle the last two tasks. According to Jam, Jam Studio creates complete programs from playbooks, product PDFs and methodology guides, including personas, scenarios and scorecards. These are organized into micro-learning missions that become more challenging as reps improve. Learning happens during the role-play, and the assessment shows how well the rep could apply the knowledge.
With Sleak, learning begins before practice. In Coaching Mode for product and method knowledge, the Coach explains the material and checks understanding through dialogue. Employees then apply what they have learned in Training Mode. New sales hires can build their knowledge before being assessed in a conversation. Our article on accelerating sales rep ramp-up looks at what this means for onboarding.
Both platforms assess practice conversations against criteria set by the company. Jam also scores real calls. Its scorecards list observable tasks, with each conversation scored from 0 to 100. The documented pass mark for a mission is 70. According to Jam, the same scorecard can be applied to recorded customer calls from any dialer or transcription tool. Sleak assesses spoken conversations in Training Mode against a Scorecard that the customer writes and publishes as a version. Feedback includes evidence from the transcript. Real conversations can also be analyzed when a recording is uploaded.
The choice depends on which conversations you want to assess. Jam applies the same criteria to practice and day-to-day sales calls, allowing sales leaders to turn findings from a call into the next exercise. Sleak supports practice across departments where conversations often go unrecorded, such as a manager's feedback meeting or a supplier negotiation in procurement. At sales outsourcing provider SUXXEED, objection handling in Training Mode improved by 42.4 per cent and average conversation quality by 14.5 per cent. Both were measured in practice conversations against the company's own Scorecard. Jam reports an average performance improvement of 41 per cent across its customers, but does not publish a baseline, sample or measurement method.
Sleak and Jam have several things in common on privacy. Both are Munich GmbHs, store data in the EU and state in writing that customer data is not used for AI training. Both have a trust center and external security evidence. Jam also names its storage and model providers in its documentation, which is not standard practice across this category. Our guide to choosing a GDPR-compliant AI coaching platform covers the questions to ask during selection.
There are three relevant differences. Jam does not document where inference at OpenAI takes place, lists CyberVadis Silver as its security evidence and gives managers access to individual sessions by default. Sleak is certified to ISO 27001:2022. Analytics and the leaderboard can be anonymized separately, and the processing agreement and sub-processor list are available in the Trust Center. If you plan to score employees' real customer calls automatically, involve the works council early in deciding how the results will be used. In Germany, co-determination over technical monitoring of performance and behavior under section 87 of the Works Constitution Act applies to this use (vendor information as of 27 October 2026).
These five questions help narrow the choice. Consider both the department you are buying for today, usually sales, and those you expect to add later:
The second question is the one most often skipped. Automatic real-call scoring is Jam's strongest feature, and it is also the one likely to require the longest discussion with the works council.
You can organize the decision into four steps. The first takes half an hour. Keep the period after the pilot in mind: at SUXXEED, the persona library grew from around 70 to more than 500 personas after launch, created by team leads themselves. Your choice should also suit that later stage of use.
This comparison uses public vendor material checked on 27 October 2026: the English and German homepages of wejam.ai, the five capability pages, the about page, the GetYourGuide case study, the privacy policy and legal notice, and the public product documentation at docs.wejam.ai. The trust center at trust.wejam.ai was checked in the browser, including its detail views. We found no profile on OMR Reviews or G2.
Claims based solely on the vendor's statements are identified as such. Where information is not publicly documented, including prices, inference location and knowledge checks outside role-play, we flag the gap. Sleak information comes from verified product data and approved case studies. Sleak is our own product. We recommend checking vendor-specific claims directly before making a decision.
The platforms start at different points. Jam automatically scores real sales calls and turns identified weaknesses into further practice. Sleak first teaches knowledge in Coaching Mode, then lets employees practice in Training Mode. This also works in departments without recorded calls, such as procurement and leadership. The choice depends on whether you want to focus on sales or establish a shared standard across the company.
Neither publishes a price list. Jam's product documentation describes per-seat licensing: each registered member and each pending invitation uses a seat. Terms are available through your Jam contact (checked on 27 October 2026). Sleak tailors its pricing model to each organization. You therefore need quotes from both vendors to make a reliable total cost comparison.
Sleak is certified to ISO 27001:2022 by Tempo Audits Ltd, with a certificate valid until 18 June 2029. Jam publicly lists neither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2. Its trust center shows CyberVadis Silver with 831 out of 1,000 points, awarded on 5 March 2026 and valid until 4 March 2027. This is an external security assessment, but many procurement policies do not accept it as a substitute for an ISO certificate.
Both vendors rule out using it for AI training in their documentation. Sleak also has audio recording off by default. Jam's security FAQ states that documents, audio and transcripts are never used to train the models. It says data is stored in the EU and models come primarily from OpenAI, but does not document where model requests are processed. Ask for written confirmation of that location.
Yes. You can upload call recordings for analysis. Sleak does not currently import them automatically from dialers, telephony or transcription tools. According to Jam, it imports transcripts from almost any dialer or transcription tool and scores every call automatically. If assessing real sales calls is your main goal, that favors Jam.
At Jam, they can by default. According to the FAQ, managers see individual sessions for the teams they belong to. Enhanced Privacy Mode limits the view to aggregated data and can only be enabled by the owner for the whole organization. The vendor does not recommend it because engagement drops. Sleak is private by default, and analytics and the leaderboard can be anonymized separately.
Jam documents connections to HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Google and Outlook Calendar, Slack and Microsoft Teams, along with enterprise SSO and an API for data export. Its FAQ says there is no direct LMS connection, though data can be transferred through the API. Sleak offers SSO per organization, teams with server-side access control, a Knowledge Repository and uploads of real call recordings. CRM, calendar, LMS and HRIS integrations are not currently available in Sleak.
On 27 October 2026, we found no Jam profile on OMR Reviews or G2. The vendor lists Uber, Swiss Life, Rolls-Royce Power Systems, Provinzial and GetYourGuide among its references. Its case studies are published by Jam itself. A reference call with a comparable company would be particularly useful when evaluating it.
When you want to score real sales calls automatically, update the CRM from conversations and assess candidates through role-play. Jam publicly documents this combination. Sleak currently offers neither automatic call scoring nor a CRM integration. For sales organizations that rely heavily on HubSpot or Salesforce, Jam is a serious option from Munich.
Sleak and Jam are both Munich vendors that assess role-plays against custom scorecards and do not use customer data for AI training. Jam is a strong fit if you want to combine sales training, real-call scoring and CRM upkeep.
Based on the criteria in this comparison, Sleak suits companies that want to teach knowledge through dialogue before conversation practice and include procurement, leadership and recruiting. It also provides ISO 27001 certification and anonymized reporting by default for data protection teams and works councils. Felix Roll, Project Lead at Würth, describes the benefit this way: "For the first time, we have a training format that scales with our field sales organisation and meets every employee at their individual level."
