About Sleak
Sleak is the AI execution platform for people development, founded in Munich in 2024. Companies define a business goal — a product launch, a price increase, a new leadership standard — and Sleak develops the knowledge and skills their people need to reach it. The AI Coach teaches through dialogue grounded in the company's own material, has each person practise the real conversation against a realistic virtual counterpart, and measures what they demonstrated against the company's own standard. Sleak is used across sales, service, procurement and leadership in 35 languages, is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR-compliant, and serves more than 200 companies across Europe.
