TL;DR. DKB invited us to the Rexel Super Cup 2026 at the SAP Garden in Munich. Two handball games, plenty of conversations about AI in training and people development – and one question that stayed with us: "Why train with Sleak when I can simply talk to ChatGPT?"
Johannes Zimmermann and DKB invited us to the Rexel Super Cup 2026 at the SAP Garden in Munich. A Saturday of top-flight handball and, above all, plenty of time for interesting conversations about AI, training and people development.
A Guest at the Rexel Super Cup 2026
For us, the Rexel Super Cup was a welcome opportunity to show Sleak from a different angle and to talk to people from a wide range of companies and functions.
Alongside the two games, one subject kept coming back: how companies can put AI to sensible use in training and development.

Many thanks to Johannes Zimmermann and DKB for the invitation and the open exchange.
One Question Stood Out
Over the course of the day, one question came up again and again:
"Why train with Sleak when I can simply talk to ChatGPT?"
An entirely fair question.
Companies and their people can of course already use ChatGPT or other AI models today to simulate conversations and play through situations.
For us, the difference lies in what is made of it.
From an AI Conversation to Structured Training
Sleak is built specifically for hands-on training with artificial intelligence.
Companies can model their own scenarios and let employees practise realistic situations repeatedly. On top of that comes structured feedback that helps them work on specific skills.
That is how a single AI conversation becomes a structured training process.
This is particularly interesting for larger organisations: training can be scaled, and progress can be made visible and comparable over time.

AI Training for People Development
A single conversation with an AI can be helpful. It gets more interesting when it turns into regular training.
Where do employees stand today? Which skills can still be improved? And how does performance develop through repeated practice?
That is exactly where Sleak comes in.
Thank You for the Invitation
We had a very good Saturday at the SAP Garden and are taking away not only the impressions from the games but, above all, many interesting conversations, new contacts and new perspectives.
Thank you to Johannes Zimmermann and DKB for the invitation to the Rexel Super Cup 2026, and to everyone we got talking to on site.

FAQ
Why train with Sleak when ChatGPT exists?
Because a single AI conversation is not training yet. In Sleak, companies model their own scenarios, employees practise the same situation repeatedly and receive structured feedback on individual skills. A conversation becomes a training process whose progress can be compared over time.
What is the Rexel Super Cup 2026?
The season-opening fixture in German handball, played in 2026 at the SAP Garden in Munich. Sleak attended as a guest of DKB.
Who is AI-powered conversation training for?
Above all for organisations preparing many people for the same conversational situations – in sales, procurement, service and leadership. That is exactly where AI training can scale without every exercise tying up a trainer.
